The aim of The Retreat is to create a safe nourishing and empowering workshop enabling women of all ages to understand more of how they can learn about and adapt their lives whilst experiencing both the perimenopausal and the Menopause.
The Retreat environment is created and enhanced with comprehensive workshops focusing on the psychological, the biological and the cultural aspects of the Menopause using Yoga, Zen Shiatsu Massage treatments and Naturopathic Nutritional plant based food advice.
The Retreat is a weekend based on knowledge and self-empowerment nestled in the heart of North Norfolk.
Psychological
Anessh will bring to the fore the full impact of the menopause with in our lives sharing knowledge through both her lived experience and research- based knowledge.
Anessh is an experience trainer,qualified therapist and supervisor whose work is underpinned with compassion and somatic based practices which she sees as an integral part of having an holistic understanding of ourselves.

ZEN SHIATSU MASSAGE
For countless years, the human body has thrived on the powerful connection between the mind and body. Zen Shiatsu Massage is specifically designed to help you rediscover the equilibrium between your mind, body, and soul.

YOGA
Rooted in Eastern tradition. Chinese Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong/Yin Yoga offer an approach to Movement that nurtures the mind body and emotional well-being.
These gentle practices focus on cultivating internal balance through breath, energy flow and mindful motion – supporting women through the menopause with grace grounding and renewed vitality.

NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION
Our plant – based menu is thoughtfully designed to support women through the menopause, using nutrient – dense hormone balancing ingredients that nourish the body and ease symptoms, whilst promoting sustained energy and enabling emotional well-being.
